A Note of Welcome

Our gatherings honor all forms of grief including from losses, change and transitions, childhood wounds, sorrows for our world (environmental, political, racial, cultural loss), loss of village and belonging, ancestral grief, and anything else present. There is no grief too big or too small for our circles.

Facilitator Consult Circle – Online

This group is ideal for grief tenders who are already facilitating grief rituals or preparing to step into a facilitation role. It’s an opportunity for fellow grief tenders to share learnings, seek collaboration, bring questions and discussion topics, and offer support to one another. It is also a space to build a supportive peer community — because we can’t do this work alone.

Grief Tender Mentoring Program 2027

A five-month immersion for people with prior grief ritual experience who feel called to deepen communal grief tending. Guided by elders Thérèse Charvet and Laurence Cole, it includes online preparation, guest teachings, a six-day retreat in Olympia, WA, integration support, and continuing speaker-series gatherings.

Intro to Grief Ritual Leadership Training – Online

A 12-week online training for those called toward community grief tending and the foundations of grief ritual leadership. Through guest elders, shared ritual, reflection, and practical resources, participants will explore how ritual spaces are tended, what apprenticeship asks of us, and the gifts they bring to this work.
