Choose one-time consultations for focused support or ongoing mentorship for deeper, long-term leadership growth.

TOPICS MAY INCLUDE: Ritual design and planning, facilitator role and boundaries, ethical and cultural considerations, sensitive topics and difficult moments, logistical and practical considerations, holding complex grief, self-led leadership through IFS, and more…

GROUP MENTORSHIP

For groups seeking to learn alongside peers in a shared space of reflection, practice, and dialogue, and who already have a group gathered for the process.

Foundations Mentorship Circle – For those newer to grief ritual facilitation, this format provides foundational support to build confidence, explore ritual design, and practice facilitation skills in a collaborative space.

Grief Ritual Practice Circle – Designed for those who have experience with grief tending and are ready to deepen their facilitation practice. This format offers opportunities to integrate your learnings, receive feedback, and lead rituals within a supportive community.

Community Ritual Preparation – For groups planning a 2-4 hour grief ritual for their local community, this format offers practical guidance, reflection space, support, and collaborative problem-solving as you plan and facilitate your event.

FACILITATOR CONSULT CIRCLE

For facilitators seeking to join a group dedicated to providing focused support, feedback, and collaborative problem-solving on topics related to leading grief rituals.

This group is ideal for grief tenders who are already facilitating grief rituals or preparing to step into a facilitation role. It’s an opportunity for fellow grief tenders to share learnings, seek collaboration, bring questions and discussion topics, and offer support to one another. It is also a space to build a supportive peer community — because we can’t do this work alone.

SLIDING SCALE: $20 – $50 per hour-and-a-half consult group
